I recently stayed at Quest and was impressed by the caring and helpful staff. The rooms were modern, clean, and nicely decorated. The location was convenient, within walking distance to the main street. Despite some minor issues with cleanliness and the water system, the overall experience was enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel.

The location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from the train station and local shops, yet surprisingly quiet.

Location: the hotel was close enough to the Railway Station and the CBD, nice restaurants, and train station and town centre. I thoroughly enjoyed the room by phone rather than insecure internet facility, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Spacious and clean room with a well-equipped kitchenette, including quality kitchenware. Great location close to public transport, restaurants and shops. The balcony had lovely views and was perfect for a romantic drink before heading out.

We were disturbed by some train and road noise at night, but it wasn't too bad when the windows were closed. The secure parking had a low clearance and wasn't free for guests.

the prices are excellent, offering great value for money. Secondly, the staff here are amazing, always available to help and ensuring your stay is comfortable. Thirdly, the rooms are in like new condition, with all the amenities you need and even an unusually large balcony to enjoy the views. Lastly, the location is fantastic, being near the train station and close to the centre of town.

Lovely weekend stay with great amenities such as a well-equipped kitchen and washer/dryer combo. The spacious hallway and break out lounge are great to watch TV. The complementary welcome drinks and snacks were a pleasant surprise as was the comfortable bed and pillows. Very close to key attractions.

The $10 parking fee and a complicated phone system which had a flashing light with no instructions on how to check messages. The hotel staff's mix-up of our room upgrade and the incorrect programming of the keycards were unpleasant distractions.

The fact that each room comes with a balcony is a fantastic bonus, providing a great place to relax and enjoy the views. Additionally, the hotel's location, right near the railway station and in close proximity to the centre of Ballarat, was extremely convenient.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The location is absolutely perfect, being close to everything in the city centre. Plus, it's surprisingly quiet considering it's just a stone's throw away from the train station.

Honestly, I can't recommend this place enough. Whether you're staying for business or pleasure, you won't be disappointed.
